Wildlife control specialists turn to rubber slug ammunition as a last resort in preventing a dangerous bear or wildlife encounter. The Lightfield 12 Gauge Extended Range Rubber Slug Ammunition is the product you hope you never have to use. The Extended Range Rubber Slug is an impact projectile intended for extended ranges out to 60 yards (55m). The 130 gr. slug has a patented design increasing the contact within the barrel causing the projectile to be properly oriented on exit from the muzzle. Once in flight the open based design creates enhanced aerodynamic stability superior to that of the fin stabilized slugs.

Double Ball is an improvement over the traditional Rubber Buckshot round for large or aggressive wildlife. Lightfield has improved this load to carry a larger payload of two .73 caliber balls 700 fps stopping even the most determined large unfriendly critters in their tracks. This load is designed for intermediate to mid range encounters with larger animals such as Bear, Moose, Elk or Deer. These 2 pellets divide the kinetic energy across two impact points imparting painful stimuli in a highly focused area with minimal risk of permanent injury.
