One star has absolutely nothing to do with the store or staff. The 25 rounder I got had the common bullet nose down after about 12 rounds loaded into the mag. I tried all the online fixes to no avail. O'Donnell's got me sorted with a warranty replacement, but they were good enough to send me a 15 rounder instead. Tested this morning and it works flawlessly.
