The item I ordered came reasonably quickly and was exactly what I ordered. The price was competitive. However, a few things threw me off with this online store. First, shipping was not included even though the order was over $100. This increased the cost making the items purchased probably more expensive than other stores. Second, the operator gave incorrect email for etransfer which further delayed shipping. Lastly, one item I ordered was not incorrect, my mistake, so I had to ship back and wait for refund, which came shortly after. No assistance was offered for this. All in all, I would say not the smoothest operation, communication was rather dry, and willingness to earn business was low. I will not be buying here in future. I wasnt gona post anything, as I dont like to put negative reviews but the survey emails are starting to be too much so here it is. They definitely need to polish up and do better, IMHO.
